Guaranteed Rental Scheme

Then we make you an offer for a guaranteed monthly rent payment for anything between one and five years so the only thing you’re responsible for is maintenance.

Let’s be honest, it will be slightly lower than what you could get direct but it does have the distinct advantage of being guaranteed, whatever happens. What you’re paying for here is to remove the risk and for us to take it on. Also, using this scheme means that you won’t have to pay letting fees which makes the whole thing slightly more commercially attractive.
