Our team will carry out inspections to ensure the property is being looked after as it should be. You will get a detailed report with recommendations from us with any work required highlighted. Maintenance
We use FixFlo software so tenants can report any maintenance issues that arise at the property 24/7, and we encourage all tenants to use this software. We try and get all work completed as fast as possible. We make use of competent local contractors to ensure our responses to maintenance issues are quick, and prices competitive.
Payment of Rent
We use our CRM to help track all our rent payments into and out of our dedicated client account. We can either make daily, weekly or monthly payments of rent depending on your preference. Our landlord portal allows landlords to view
their statements 24/7.
