We also offer several properties to contractors who are coming to Plymouth to work on a short-term basis on the many new projects in the city. Many of the HMO properties have been refurbished to an excellent standard which means tenants stay longer.

Our team will ensure that the best photographs of the property get taken to show off your property. We will make sure all rooms are dressed for photos, attend with the photographer to ensure the house is looking its best, and then use these photos for the marketing of the rooms to potential tenants. By doing this, we aim to reduce voids and ensure you get the best tenants and maximize the return on your investment.

HMO Legislations Experts
Our team consists of two ARLA qualified members of staff. HMO management must be done correctly, and so our team ensures you stay on the right side of the law.
We’ll make sure your property is advertised on the right platforms to ensure we get high-quality leads, including Sparerooms.com, Zoopla and Social Media.
To make sure we get great tenants, we go above and beyond to make sure we know everything we can about the tenant. We can ensure that they will be an excellent fit for the house they want to live in. All tenants undergo referencing, which includes a credit check, previous landlord check and an employment check.
We can carry out a photographic inventory of the room before a tenant moves in. Inventories will ensure that if the tenant damages the room, you can claim on the tenant’s deposit.
Our team will carry out quarterly inspections to ensure the property is being looked after as it should be. You will get a detailed report with recommendations from us with any work required highlighted. From this report, we can help you effectively resolve any issues raised or improvements to improve the quality and therefore, your return on your investment.
We use FixFlo software so tenants can report any maintenance issues that arise at the property 24/7, and we encourage all tenants to use this software. We try and get all work completed as fast as possible. We make use of competent local contractors to ensure our responses to maintenance issues are quick, and prices competitive.
Payment of Rents
We use PayProp to help track all our rent payments into and out of our dedicated client account. We can either make weekly payments of rent collected or monthly payment at the end of each month. A monthly statement is sent at the end of the month.
