We use FixFlo software so tenants can report any maintenance issues that arise at the property 24/7, and we encourage all tenants to use this software. Payment of Rents
We use our CRM to help track all our rent payments into and out of our dedicated client account. We can either make daily, weekly or monthly payments of rent depending on your preference. A monthly management report is sent every month.
