Since 2002 the founder of our business Stuart Donnington has been involved in the property market.
We only started life at the end of 2018 as we separated from another letting agent so that we could specialise in HMO property management. Now we have come full circle and merged back with the letting agent we split from alongside purchasing an existing business in Tavistock. We currently have just over 400 rooms and 200 residential properties under management and have experienced extensive growth since we initially established ourselves.
We also offer a sales service which is very different to a normal sales service. We offer a very personalised service with our clients dealing with the same agent from valuation to completion.
At Francis Stuart we are 100% focused on the human side of estate agency. Its the people along with the property that matter. This is at the heart of everything we do.
