Selective licencing is the most recent addition to property licencing, and usually, a local authority would implement this if they had concerns over an area. Selective licencing is the less common type of licencing. This type of licencing can also cover non-HMO properties as well, such as a typical family let on a residential property.
Currently no Selective licencing is in place by Plymouth City Council.
