Abbi joined Francis Stuart in August 2021, bringing with her several years of experience in the property industry. After beginning her career in insurance, she moved into student lettings, where she managed a portfolio of over 600 properties before joining our team.
As one of our longest-serving team members, Abbi has become an integral part of Francis Stuart. She manages her portfolio with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure every property is maintained to the highest standard. Known for her calm, fair, and approachable nature, Abbi is highly skilled at resolving issues and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
These days, Abbi is also responsible for the wider HMO Management Team, and uses her knowledge of both the local market and HMO compliance to ensure the properties we manage stay on the right side of the law; it’s safe to say our properties are run well because of her.
Committed to continuous professional development, Abbi recently completed her Level 3 qualification in Residential Property Management and Lettings, further strengthening her expertise and reinforcing her reputation as a knowledgeable and trusted member of the team.
Outside of work, Abbi is our unofficial social organiser, making sure birthdays and team celebrations never go unnoticed. When she's not enjoying a good book in Costa or catching up with friends, you'll often find her out running. She completed the Plymouth Half Marathon in support of Mind, demonstrating the same determination, resilience, and compassion that she brings to her role every day.”
