With several years of experience in the property industry, Abbi began her journey in the student market before becoming an invaluable member of the Francis Stuart team in August 2021. Initially working in insurance, then student lettings as a property manager, overseeing a vast portfolio of 600 units for 18 months she then joined Francis Stuart, where she has since flourished.
As one of our most tenured team members, Abbi is a cornerstone of our office. She is deeply committed to both landlords and tenants, expertly navigating conflicts with fairness and diplomacy while ensuring every property under her care is maintained to the highest standard. Abbi works closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and remarkable efficiency in managing her portfolio. She strikes the perfect balance between being firm and fair, earning trust and respect from all those she works with.
Despite her extensive expertise, Abbi remains humble despite recently completed her 18-month Level 3 qualification in Residential Property Management and Lettings with ease, solidifying her reputation as a knowledgeable and trusted problem solver within our office.
Beyond her professional contributions, Abbi is also the team’s chief birthday c-ordinator and social organiser, dedicated to celebrating in style!
Outside of work, Abbi loves to read and spend time with her loved ones. If she’s not in Costa with a book or catching up with a friend, she’s likely lacing up her running shoes. A passionate runner, she completed the Plymouth Half Marathon last year in aid of Mind UK, one of the few accessible mental health charities—a testament to her drive, resilience, and compassion both in and out of the workplace.
