Ben joined Francis Stuart in September 2024 as a Senior HMO Portfolio Manager, bringing with him a strong background in HMO compliance from the student accommodation sector.
Before finding his way into property, Ben worked in both car sales and the fire service, so it's fair to say he's had an interesting career. Whatever the role, he's always been someone who enjoys getting stuck in, solving problems, and learning something new.
Today, Ben manages a select portfolio of HMOs while also spending much of his time supporting new and existing landlords. If you're looking to work with Francis Stuart, there's a good chance Ben will be one of the first people you meet. He has a real talent for numbers and spotting opportunities, making him a great sounding board for landlords looking to grow, improve or better understand their portfolios.
In 2026, Ben also became part of our consultancy team, working alongside Paige to advise clients on renovations, compliance and investment opportunities. Thanks to his hands-on experience with renovation projects and construction, he has a practical understanding of buildings that complements his property knowledge.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys watching rugby, getting outdoors with his wife and their two dogs, Toby and Willow, or planning his next trip away. Whether it's a weekend walk or a new country to explore, he's happiest when he's keeping busy.
