Erin joined the Francis Stuart team in August 2021 as an apprentice administrator and has grown alongside the business ever since. During her time with us, she has gained experience across several areas, from managing a portfolio within our HMO team, to overseeing refurbishment projects for clients, and supporting our compliance processes.
Erin’s ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take on new challenges has made her a hugely valued member of the team. She has a fantastic eye for detail and a natural determination to get things right, qualities that have helped her build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Having previously worked within a student lettings agency, Erin was drawn to Francis Stuart during her apprenticeship because our values and approach felt much more aligned with her own. Her ambition was clear from the beginning, and she has continued to develop her knowledge and skills, recently achieving her Level 3 qualification in Residential Property Management and Lettings through Propertymark.
Erin is someone who is always looking to improve and take the next step, and we’re excited to see where her drive and determination take her next.
