Erin joined the Francis Stuart team in August 2021, beginning her journey as an apprentice administrator. Since then, her role has evolved significantly, taking her through various aspects of the business, from working in our HMO Team as a Portfolio Manager to overseeing complex refurbishment projects for clients. Her adaptability, tenacity, and keen eye for detail have made her an invaluable asset to the team.
Having previously worked in a student lettings agency, Erin was drawn to Francis Stuart during her apprenticeship after realising that our values aligned more closely with her own. From day one, she has proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with. Her unwavering dedication to compliance and determination to uphold the highest standards mean she rarely takes “no” for an answer, something that, at times, makes managing her a challenge for Paige! However, this very quality is what makes Erin exceptional at what she does. She refuses to settle for anything less than the best, ensuring every detail is handled meticulously and every compliance requirement is met with precision.
Erin’s ambition and drive don’t stop there. Always eager to expand her expertise, she has now achieved her Level 3 qualification in Residential Property Management and Lettings, accredited by Propertymark. Supported by Francis Stuart, this accomplishment reflects her dedication to professional growth and her commitment to staying ahead in an ever-evolving industry. One thing is certain, she’s a powerhouse in the making, and we can’t wait to see what she achieves next.
Outside of work, Erin cherishes her quiet moments. Whether she’s curled up with a good book, enjoying a refreshing stroll with her dog, Boo, indulging in a well-earned nap, or getting creative with crafts, she embraces the art of self-care and balance. A true home bird, Erin understands the importance of recharging, and we absolutely love that about her!
