Imogen first joined Francis Stuart in 2022 after relocating to the area, but left in 2023 to explore conveyancing and gain experience in another part of the property industry. She then returned to us in 2026, after realising that Francis Stuart was where she felt most at home, and we were grateful to welcome her back.
For many of our clients, Imogen is the first person they’ll speak to. Whether it’s answering the phone, welcoming someone into the office, or sending out the letters and updates that keep things moving, she’s often the friendly face and voice people associate with Francis Stuart. Her approachable nature, organisation, and willingness to help make her a brilliant first point of contact for both our Sales and Lettings teams.
Imogen has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and looked after, and she brings a calm, positive energy to the office every day. We’re delighted to have her back as part of the team and love having her at the heart of our business.
Outside of work, Imogen is a self-confessed home bird. Her perfect evening involves a walk with her gorgeous pup, Rudy, followed by a takeaway on the sofa, comfy clothes on, and enjoying a quiet night in.
