Paige plays a central role in the day-to-day running of Francis Stuart, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities across the business. From managing office operations and leading our team of Portfolio Managers, to managing our sales team, to carrying out more technical property appraisals, overseeing our consultancy team and more advanced projects, and advising clients on how to maximise the performance of their investments, Paige is involved in every stage of the client journey.
She is also our primary point of contact with Plymouth City Council for HMO licensing, ensuring our managed properties remain compliant with the latest legislation and licensing requirements. Through her proactive approach, attention to detail, and the hard work of our team, Francis Stuart is proud to be one of the few letting agents in Plymouth that has never received a fine from the local authority in relation to its managed portfolio.
As a property investor herself, Paige understands the opportunities and challenges that landlords face. Her first-hand experience, combined with her in-depth industry knowledge, enables her to provide practical, commercially focused advice that helps clients make informed decisions and maximise the value of their investments.
Paige holds Propertymark qualifications in Residential Lettings and Property Management, as well as Lettings and Property Management qualifications from the NRLA, and is a member of both the NRLA and the SWLA. Committed to continuous professional development, she is currently working towards qualification with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), ensuring she remains at the forefront of industry standards, legislation, and best practice.
Whether inside or outside of work, Paige is rarely one to sit still. Whether she's tackling a DIY project, or exploring somewhere new with her partner, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to the business
