In December 2024, Stuart took over the management of our investment sales. As both a landlord and a seasoned investor himself, he has a clear understanding of the needs and challenges faced by both buyers and sellers. This allows him to take a balanced, strategic approach to property sales, ensuring fair and successful outcomes for all parties involved.
Alongside his role in investment sales, Stuart also serves as a director of our Guaranteed Rent company, Francis Stuart Guaranteed Ltd. Here, he applies his strategic vision and leadership expertise to drive the company’s growth and ensure its smooth operation.
